Delivery Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day of receipt.

Standard delivery: (UK and Worldwide) free delivery on orders above 100.00 GBP.

  • Small items below 15.00 GBP (within UK): Royal Mail 2nd class, (2-3 working days).
  • Small items above 15.00 GBP (within UK): Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, (1-2 working days).
  • Small items below 10.00 GBP (outside of UK): Air Mail Small Parcels,  5-20 working days, no Tracking Number.
  • Small items above 10.00 GBP (outside of UK): Air Mail Small Parcels,  5-20 working days, with Tracking Number.


Express Delivery (within UK):

  • All items and all value: UPS 1 day delivery with Tracking Number.


International T&S (Royal Mail): cost depends on total weight.

  • All items above 10.00 GBP: Air Mail Small Parcels,  5-20 working days, with Tracking Number.

Should you wish to use your own preferred shipping method- please contact us. Extra charges may apply in this case.
Get in touch with us immediately if your order does not arrive when it should (see above). We’ll find out what happened to your order and rectify the problem ASAP. Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.
